Flavors 'ontheraks'
Have lived in Saipan for sixteen years and this is the best restaurant on island. California eclectic might be a good description. Excellent pastas, wraps and seafood. The deserts are best I've had anywhere. That chocolate thing is truly sinful. Great Apple Strudel. Nice ambiance. Highly recommend. Conveniently located near the best shopping in Garapan.
